We provide support packages, maintenance contracts for websites where required, and personal consultation when requested.
1st & 2nd level support can be delivered during business hours, but due to the structure of Spellbound websites, 3rd level (specialist ) support isn’t possible. The detailed technical aspects of website development is handled on a sub-contractor basis, and these members of the group aren’t available full-time for consultation.
Maintenance contracts are sometimes needed for larger developments that involve content management or web applications. It’s most usual to determine the the type of maintenance contract required after the client has had some hands-on experience with the completed website. Then they have a better idea of what they can do themselves, and what they’d like ongoing help with.
