Here’s a screenshot from Google’s My Business local stats. In the last month, 79 people clicked & phoned reception from Local search and maps ( 240 calls in the last 3 months ). This doesn’t include calls from other directories that the business was listed in for Local search, like TrueLocal, StartLocal, council directories etc.
So 15 new clients from over 79 enquiries in the last month does sound a bit low. What is the routine at reception when they call in ?
Also visits to the website from Google search had been an up-trending graph over the last year.
