Where sites are constructed using a number of both open-source and purchased components, the components are usually well documented, in either PDF or online manuals that we can provide or direct you to.

An initial lesson is included in most quotes to get you started (roughly an hour).  Most people are usually oriented on a new system by this and then some follow up email tutorials.  Onsite training at your location can also be provided.
